How I work

Every client gets the same thing: me, on the phone, in person, at the inspection, at the closing table. No handoff to a junior agent after the first meeting.

Sellers get one package with everything in it — staging, drone, 3D tour, a website for the house and weekly updates — for one fee. Buyers get evenings and weekends, honest opinions about what a house will cost them after closing, and a vendor list I actually use myself.

And all of it happens in Spanish when that's easier — not just the introduction call, the whole transaction.
